Transition from Faith Direct to ParishSoft Giving

As you might know, we have recently transitioned from Faith Direct to ParishSoft Giving.

Here there is a video to make thing easier!

Here are the steps to follow along!

Written Steps:

1. Google “St. Joseph’s on Capitol Hill” to find web-site
2. Navigate to web-site
3. In upper right hand corner, click on “Donate”
4. Click on button in middle of screen–Currently says “Faith Direct” but will take you to Parish Soft Giving
5. At top of page you will see two tabs: “Give Now” and “Sign In” — it is defaulted to “Give Now” and that is what you see in front of you
6. Click on the “Sign In” tab to the right of the “Give Now” tab
   7a. If you have a Faith Direct Account: Simply type in your Faith Direct Credential
   7b. If you do NOT have a Faith Direct Account: Click on “Create One” at the bottom of the pane, colored in blue.
7. Once you’re in, you will see a pane that now has 3 tabs:
   8a. Giving Tab: This is to make a donation. Choose either recurring or one-time and then in the next panel below where it says “Weekly Offertory” click on the arrow to select WHAT you want to donate to. The Come Joins Us campaign selections are down at the bottom of this list.
   8b. Scheduled Tab: This shows all your scheduled giving that you’ve put it…it should be populated with all your Faith Direct scheduled giving items.
   8c. History Tab: Shows your past donations.
