Discontinuing Weekly/Monthly Contribution Letters

St Joseph Parishioner Friends,

Father Gurnee has been sending you weekly/monthly Contribution Detail Statements outlining your contributions that total $250.00 or more for that reporting period.  The frequency of the letter depends on the way you show your generosity to St Joseph’s.  We also send you a year end letter stating the same for the entire year.  Many of you have commented to the Rectory staff that this is redundant and the end of the year letter will suffice for your tax reporting purposes.

We have listened to you and we will no longer be sending you a letter weekly or monthly but will, of course, continue to send you your yearend tax letter.  If you still want to receive a letter weekly or monthly acknowledging your generous contributions totaling $250 or more, please let the Rectory staff know.  Cutting back on these redundant letters will save postage resources and time.
